“Right Here” is the 4th full track in Song Charting Made Easy. This medium tempo rock ballad has an interesting structure, with both verses and choruses having a kind of A and B section, a Bridge with 9 bars, a nice breakdown section before the final chorus and guitar solo play out, and some nice changes in dynamics at various points in the song.
The kick drum is fairly consistent all the way through the song, played on the 1, 3 and the & of 3 (classic rock pattern), with 8th notes on the floor tom (instead of the usual hi-hats) in the verses and ride cymbal in the choruses and solo sections. Personally, I like playing open sloshy hi-hats as a variation from the ride in some parts.

Song tempo is 92 bpm, though the book says 94 bpm which is incorrect and is presumably a mis-print.
Jim Riley version
Transcribed from the full version of the song supplied with the book, as played and recorded by Jim, this may not be 100% accurate but is as faithful as I could get it. Jim plays a lot of ghost notes, but for the sake of clarity in the notation I haven’t transcribed these.
The stickings shown in places in the transcription are my preferences, but feel free to play these parts with whatever sticking suits you best.

AdeDrums version
This is the transcription of what I play in my video. It is quite similar to Jim’s orignal version, the notable differences being a simplification of two of the big fills in this song, and a modified groove in the last line of each Chorus (addition of snare hits on the “a” of 2 and 4). Also, in my version, I move to open hi-hats in the last line of each Chorus. Once again for the sake of clarity, I haven’t notated the snare ghost notes.
